Renovo Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired ADVEEZ, a Toulouse-based developer of specialized hardware and software telematics for aviation ground support equipment. The minority investment will fund continued R&D (including its AI "Brain" program) and support Septeo’s growth and expansion across France and Europe; the deal values the group at over €3 billion and Septeo reported ~€420m revenue and ~3,100 employees in 2024.
