Acquisitions in Brandenburg, Germany

indie Semiconductor (Nasdaq: INDI) has acquired Silicon Radar GmbH, a Germany-based specialist in high-frequency system-on-chip solutions for automotive radar, including production-ready 120 GHz technology. The acquisition adds a team of approximately 14 mixed-signal SoC designers in Frankfurt an der Oder and accelerates indie's radar product roadmap and in-cabin/exterior sensing capabilities.

One Rock Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Prefere Resins Group from Silverfleet Capital. Prefere, a pan‑European manufacturer of phenolic, melamine and specialty resins headquartered in Erkner, Germany and employing over 600 people, will partner with One Rock to expand its product portfolio, commercial reach and sustainability initiatives.

Best4Tires Group, a portfolio company of Rivean Capital, entered into a binding agreement to acquire 1a Berlin-Tyre GmbH & Co. KG, a leading tire wholesaler serving the Berlin and Brandenburg region. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Best4Tires’ nationwide presence in Germany and improve service levels through greater product availability, optimized supply, and faster delivery times. The purchase price was not disclosed and closing is expected in July 2022 subject to competition authority approval.

Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, acquired Precis Maschinen und Anlagen Service GmbH, a technical services provider for industrial facilities, based in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany. Precis provides services including maintenance, electrical engineering, logistics, and industrial cleaning, and Leadec will take over approximately 50 employees. Financial terms were not disclosed.
