AURELIUS Growth Investments (AURELIUS Wachstumskapital) has acquired the BVN Group, a regional provider of catering services for senior citizens (meals on wheels) and schools. BVN comprises four operating companies—Betriebsverpflegung Nord GmbH, HKH Hamburger Küche & Heimkost GmbH, Hanse Menü-Dienst und Senioren-Verpflegung Lübeck GmbH, and CC Campus Catering GmbH—and will be used as a platform for further growth via a buy-and-build strategy. As part of the succession solution, the shareholders of HKH and HMD exit, while Keyan and Ramin Forouhideh remain as managing directors and shareholders of BVN and CC.

Stockholm-based Iptor acquired German TimberTec, a provider of ERP and MES software for the timber industry, with the transaction closing in February 2022. The deal expands Iptor geographically in Central Europe and deepens its vertical capabilities in timber-focused ERP/MES, supporting Iptor’s buy-and-build strategy backed by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

dogado GmbH, backed by Triton via its portfolio company European Directories, acquired checkdomain, a Lübeck-based domain reservation specialist. The deal expands dogado’s scale to more than 190,000 customers across domains, web hosting, and cloud services, reinforcing its position as a leading hosting provider in Germany.
