Acquisitions in County Tipperary, Ireland

MaintMaster, a Sweden-based provider of cloud maintenance management (and majority-owned by Monterro), has acquired OEEsystems, a specialist in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) software. The deal brings OEEsystems' PerformOEE offering into MaintMaster's product suite to enable integrated real-time production and maintenance data, accelerating capability expansion and supporting growth across the UK, Ireland and broader Europe.

Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, acquired Irish systems integrator VisionID and Dutch AIDC provider Dalosy to expand its Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) footprint into Europe. Both add-ons broaden Peak's capabilities in hardware, labels, software and managed services across healthcare, food & beverage, industrial, and transportation & logistics end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Waterlogic has acquired the water cooler business of Tipperary Water from C&C Group plc, adding over 12,000 machines in the field and doubling the size of Waterlogic's Ireland team. The deal expands Waterlogic's footprint in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland as part of its buy-and-build strategy under PE owner Castik Capital.
