Acquisitions in Guanajuato, Mexico

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. closed its acquisition of the Bolañitos (Bolanitos) gold-silver mine in Guanajuato, Mexico from Endeavour Silver Corp. via the purchase of all shares of Mina Bolañitos S.A. de C.V. Total consideration is up to US$50 million, including US$40 million paid at closing (US$30 million cash and US$10 million in Guanajuato Silver shares) plus up to US$10 million in contingent milestone payments tied to silver-equivalent production. The deal adds a producing underground mine and a 1,600 tpd under-utilized flotation plant adjacent to Guanajuato Silver’s San Ignacio mine, enabling district-level processing and operational synergies.

Flagship Food Group, with co-investor CREO Capital Partners, has acquired Yucatan Foods, adding the Yucatan and Cabo Fresh guacamole and dips brands and a 97,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Silao, Mexico to its portfolio. The deal expands Flagship's refrigerated/deli/produce offerings, strengthens its Hispanic and Southwestern product set, and supports vertical integration and cross-promotional opportunities with its existing brands.

Emergent Cold Latin America (Emergent Cold LatAm) has acquired Bajo Cero Frigoríficos, a Mexican refrigerated storage operator with three facilities in Irapuato, Villagrán and León and more than 37,000 pallet positions. The transaction represents Emergent Cold LatAm's entry into Mexico and expands its cold‑storage network across Latin America; Bajo Cero's managing director Fernando León Rodriguez will continue to run the business.
