Entertainment Arts Research (EARI) / EARI Beverage Group has completed the acquisition of Perfectomundo, Inc., producer and owner of the premium tequila brand Perfectomundo Tequila. The deal adds Perfectomundo Tequila to EARI Beverage Group’s spirits portfolio alongside its existing vodka and bourbon brands and supports broader distribution expansion.

L Catterton entered into a definitive agreement to sell Cholula, a hot sauce producer and distributor, to McCormick & Company for $800 million, subject to customary closing conditions. L Catterton acquired Cholula in April 2019 and grew the brand through investments in commercial execution, restaurant partnerships, and retail distribution.

L Catterton completed its previously announced acquisition of Cholula, a producer and distributor of hot sauce. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and L Catterton plans to support the brand’s continued expansion.
