Unica, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire the Frisian Pranger-Rosier Group, the largest independent installation company in the Northern Netherlands. The deal expands Unica's regional presence in Friesland and the Northern Netherlands, adding approximately €55 million in revenue and ~250 employees to Unica's Building Services cluster.

Silverfleet Capital has acquired a majority stake in STAXS Contamination Control Experts, the Benelux leader in value-added distribution of cleanroom consumables, with the deal partly financed by the European Investment Fund. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Heerenveen, Netherlands, STAXS supplies disinfectants, wipes, gloves, disposable garments and laundry services to Life Sciences customers; Silverfleet will support product range expansion, geographic growth and organisational build-out.
