Acquisitions in Gelderland, Netherlands

Volaris Automotive, a division of Volaris Group, has acquired WinCar Automotive ICT Solutions, a Dutch provider of dealer management and garage software based in Zevenaar, Netherlands. The acquisition expands Volaris Automotive's presence in the Netherlands and adds WinCar's modular dealer-management capabilities to its global automotive software portfolio.

Rexel Group has agreed to acquire Wasco, a leading Dutch wholesaler in heating, plumbing, spare parts and HVAC, from Gilde Equity Management and Wasco management. The transaction, subject to works council consultation and European competition approval, will allow Wasco to continue expanding its product range and support customers in the Netherlands' energy transition while operating under its own name.

Newfold Digital, backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Siris Capital Group, has acquired Yoast, the leading SEO plugin provider for WordPress that powers over 12 million websites. The acquisition bolsters Newfold Digital's product portfolio to expand SEO offerings for its nearly seven million customers; all Yoast employees will join Newfold Digital.
