Selvita S.A. has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in PozLab, a Poznan-based CDMO providing drug product development, analytical and microbiological testing, and small pilot plant manufacturing under GMP. The deal expands Selvita's service offering beyond preclinical research into small-molecule drug manufacturing for early-stage clinical trials and strengthens its position in the pharmaceutical research value chain.

Innova Capital has acquired a significant minority stake in Dimark Manufacture S.A., a Poland-based designer and manufacturer of proprietary baggage handling and intralogistics systems. The growth-capital investment will support Dimark's international expansion (notably Asia-Pacific and Latin America), product R&D, and development of production and sales capabilities while the founders remain in operational control.

Partner in Pet Food (PPF) has agreed to acquire the Werbliński pet food businesses — G‑Mart and Zakład Przetwórstwa Rolniczego — from Polish entrepreneur Grzegorz Werbliński. The acquisition expands PPF’s manufacturing footprint near Kalisz and supports its strategy to grow presence across Poland and the CEE region; the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
