Acquisitions in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland

European Imaging Group (an AURELIUS portfolio company) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Cyfrowe.pl, the leading Polish omni-channel retailer of high-end photo and video equipment. The deal positions EIG to expand its pan‑European specialist retail platform into Poland and Eastern Europe while keeping Cyfrowe's founder Jaroslaw Banacki in a shareholder and management role.

Pollen Street Capital has made a strategic growth investment in Blue Media S.A., the Polish online payments group behind the Blue Media and Autopay brands. The minority growth investment will support Blue Media’s expansion across European payments and mobility use-cases; the deal (advised by PwC for Blue Media and EY/Clifford Chance for Pollen Street) was expected to close in H1 2022 subject to regulatory approvals.

Highlander Partners has sold Akomex Group to co-founder Sebastian Śliwa together with the company's management, with financing support from AMC Capital IV (advised by Mezzanine Management). Akomex, a Poland-headquartered packaging manufacturer with operations in Poland and Denmark producing over 1.8 billion items per year, was owned by Highlander since 2010 and was divested following a period of capacity expansion and add-on acquisitions.
