After foreign currency exchange rates and transaction fees, Sylvamo received approximately $390 million in cash proceeds; Pulp Invest funded the transaction through bank financing as a management buyout vehicle.

    Acino completed the acquisition of a select portfolio of eight prescription pharmaceutical products and food supplements from the IlmixGroup group of companies in Russia. The portfolio spans gynaecology, gynaecologic oncology, urology, and dermatology, and includes brands such as Indinol Forto, Cervicon-DIM, Indinol, Epigallate, Promisan, and Indigal. As part of the deal, MiraxBioPharma (an IlmixGroup company) will continue manufacturing the products in Russia for Acino under manufacturing and supply agreements.
