Belgian aerospace manufacturer Sonaca has agreed to acquire 51% of Aciturri's aerostructures activities, with the support of Sonaca's historic shareholders Wallonie Entreprendre and SFPIM. The transaction combines Sonaca's metal-structure expertise with Aciturri's composites capabilities to create a European aerospace champion and accelerate low‑carbon aircraft R&D.
