Acquisitions in Halland County, Sweden

ICT Group has acquired Swedish consultancy M4, expanding its presence in southern and central Sweden and adding offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Halmstad and Kristianstad. The deal strengthens ICT Group’s capabilities in software development, mechanical engineering and specialized consulting as part of its ICT Nordics platform (an NPM participation).

NORRES Group, a portfolio company of Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund, has acquired Swedish industrial hose distributor Jarl Elmgren AB. The add-on deal strengthens NORRES' presence in Scandinavia as part of its internationalization strategy; terms were not disclosed.

Corsearch Inc., an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired Yellow Brand Protection AB, a Sweden-based provider of online anti-counterfeiting and brand protection services. The deal expands Corsearch’s digital brand protection capabilities and global coverage across marketplaces and social media platforms as part of its buy-and-build strategy.
