Acquisitions in Uppsala County, Sweden

Marlin Equity Partners has acquired S2 Communications AB and will merge the business into its existing portfolio company, Puzzel, to strengthen Puzzel's cloud contact center (CCaaS) capabilities. The acquisition adds S2’s outbound campaign management and dialler functionality, expanding Puzzel’s product offering and footprint in the Nordics, particularly Sweden.

Mesa Laboratories (NASDAQ: MLAB) acquired Gyros Protein Technologies Holding AB (GPT) from AP6 (Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund), Ampersand Capital Partners and individual shareholders for $180 million in cash. The acquisition, which establishes Mesa's new Biopharmaceutical Development platform, adds GPT's immunoassay and peptide synthesis instruments and consumables and is expected to contribute roughly $37–$40 million of revenue in the first 12 months (about 55% recurring).

Perforce Software acquired Sweden-based Hansoft Technologies to add enterprise Agile planning and project portfolio management capabilities to its developer productivity and lifecycle management portfolio. The acquisition expands Perforce’s product suite for large-scale development teams and aims to broaden Hansoft’s global reach using Perforce’s resources.
