Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Zeit AG, a Swiss provider of workforce management and time-tracking software. Zeit AG will continue to operate independently under its existing leadership as Volaris looks to expand its vertical-market software capabilities in workforce management across Europe.

Volaris Group has acquired Delta Logic AG, a Sursee, Switzerland–based provider of the Tribuna case management solution for courthouses and prosecutors. Delta Logic will remain independent under its current leadership and joins Volaris' Justice vertical to collaborate with other portfolio companies and expand its product and delivery capabilities.

Altium Limited has completed the acquisition of Swiss cloud-based component management provider Ciiva and announced a signed agreement to acquire Octopart, a New York‑based electronic parts search and data provider. The moves expand Altium's content and supply‑chain intelligence capabilities, enabling tighter integration of parts data, BOM management and CAD tools for electronic designers and manufacturers.
