Acquisitions in Schwyz, Switzerland

Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired ATP Group, a Swiss-based manufacturer of water-based adhesive tapes, from Bregal Unternehmerkapital. ATP, headquartered in Wollerau with approximately 460 employees and production sites in Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, will pursue accelerated global expansion, manufacturing extensions, and innovation under Arsenal's ownership.

AddSecure, a Stockholm-based provider of secure IoT connectivity and majority-owned by funds managed by Castik Capital, has acquired Swiss telematics and fleet management provider LOSTnFOUND (fleet.tech). The deal expands AddSecure's footprint into Switzerland and Austria, strengthens its transport and logistics offering in the DACH region, and adds complementary telematics, tracking and sales/marketing capabilities to the group.

Global investment firm Carlyle has agreed to acquire AutoForm AG, a Swiss provider of sheet metal forming and Body-in-White (BiW) assembly simulation software, from private equity firm Astorg. The transaction — subject to regulatory approvals — will see Carlyle support AutoForm’s growth by investing in its software platform, commercial operations and pursuing further acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.
