Invicti Security has acquired Kondukto, an Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) pioneer, to integrate proof-based DAST findings with ASPM capabilities and deliver unified AppSec posture management. The acquisition strengthens Invicti's platform with centralized orchestration, AI-assisted remediation, and automation to improve vulnerability prioritization and developer-centric remediation workflows.

JumpCloud has acquired Resmo, a SaaS security and asset-management startup, to integrate Resmo’s asset-discovery and SaaS security capabilities into JumpCloud’s open directory platform. The deal (terms undisclosed) is intended to give JumpCloud customers unified visibility and control across applications, assets, access, and identity to reduce shadow IT and strengthen Zero Trust capabilities.

Turkey-based local services marketplace Armut.com merged with Italy-based ProntoPro, combining their online platforms for matching customers with local service professionals across EMEA/Europe. Following the merger, the combined company raised €15 million in a new funding round led by ProntoPro’s existing investors to accelerate product investment, hiring, and expansion across European markets.
