Incorta has acquired Layout.dev, a no-code AI application-building platform, to integrate agentic workflow and front-end app capabilities into its live enterprise data foundation. The acquisition strengthens Incorta's ability to deliver end-to-end agentic AI for enterprise decision workflows across finance, operations, and supply chain; financial terms were not disclosed.

The Vertex Companies, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired CBBG Group, a construction expert services firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and London. The acquisition expands Vertex's forensic consulting and expert testimony capabilities and extends its footprint across the EMEA region.

Anghami Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGH) announced the acquisition of Spotlight Events, a live events and concerts company operating across the Middle East and North Africa region. Spotlight will become Anghami’s dedicated live events arm, combining offline concert execution with Anghami’s live video streaming and AR/VR capabilities to deliver hybrid physical and virtual entertainment experiences.
