YFM Equity Partners backed the incumbent joint Managing Directors of Stacatruc in a management buyout, completing a secondary buyout from Merino Capital. Stacatruc, headquartered in Thatcham, Berkshire, provides forklift hire, sales, maintenance and finance services across the United Kingdom.

ResultsCX, a customer experience management (CXM) services provider backed by private equity firm ChrysCapital, acquired Huntswood, a UK-based consulting and customer solutions company. The deal expands ResultsCX’s capabilities in BFSI (including complaint management, remediation, and fraud resolution) and strengthens its utilities sector relationships, while also adding delivery presence in South Africa through Huntswood’s centers of excellence.

Cadman Capital Group has acquired Alder Ridge Vineyard and its brand, an award-winning English sparkling wine producer based in Berkshire. The transaction expands Cadman’s land under vine ownership to more than 130 acres and strengthens its position in the English sparkling wine market. The deal also secures distribution of Cadman’s existing beverage brands across the Cobbs Farm Shops estate, the former owner of Alder Ridge.

GCP has made a minority investment in Bridewell Consulting as the first investment from its new GCP Fund V. Bridewell Consulting is a cybersecurity services provider offering managed detection and response (MDR), security operations centre (SOC) services, and specialist cyber security consultancy. The investment will support Bridewell’s expansion in the United Kingdom and internationally, both organically and through acquisitions.

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, invested £17.6 million in Amberjack to support a management buy-out and accelerate the company’s growth strategy. Amberjack is a Berkshire-based early careers and high-volume recruitment specialist providing services and proprietary cloud-based recruitment software tools to major UK employers.
