Mid-market private equity firm LDC invested in and backed the management buyout of Phoenix Datacom, a network performance and cyber-security specialist. The funding will support Phoenix Datacom’s management team to expand its hardware/software products and services and pursue complementary acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Onecom has acquired UK rival Olive Communications, creating the largest business-to-business mobile, fixed-line and cloud specialist in the United Kingdom. The deal was supported by follow-on funding from LDC (an existing investor in Onecom), while BGF exited its investment in Olive as part of the transaction.

ProPharma Group, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Southwood Research. The deal expands ProPharma Group’s regulatory science and regulatory affairs capabilities across the EU and strengthens its end-to-end compliance services offering for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
