Sigma7, a portfolio company of Growth Catalyst Partners, acquired Intelligence Fusion, a Durham, UK-based threat intelligence data and software provider, from The Finance Durham Fund (administered by Maven Capital Partners). The deal expands Sigma7's risk information and services platform by integrating Intelligence Fusion’s real-time threat visualization and intelligence capabilities as part of its ongoing add-on acquisition strategy.

Funds advised by SK Capital Partners purchased approximately 42.4 million shares (just under 40% of outstanding shares) of Venator Materials PLC from Huntsman Corporation for about $100 million, with a 30-month option to buy Huntsman's remaining ~9.7 million shares at a specified strike price. The investment is a strategic growth-capital stake intended to support Venator's operational improvement and long-term growth as a standalone public company.

Authentix, a provider of authentication and information services, has acquired United Kingdom–based Security Print Solutions Limited (SPS) through its UK entity, Authentix Limited. The acquisition expands Authentix’s high-security printing and security-technology capabilities to support government tax-recovery programs and broaden offerings for brand-protection clients.
