Databarracks, a UK-based technology and business resilience specialist, has acquired COOLSPIRiT. The deal combines Databarracks’ managed services and resilience capabilities with COOLSPIRiT’s data protection, infrastructure, and Commvault solution provider expertise to create a larger data protection and cyber resilience provider.

Pax8 has acquired Bam Boom Cloud, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central services organization, to expand its cloud business applications capabilities and provide MSP partners with new managed services offerings. Bam Boom Cloud has more than 135 employees across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Canada and will help Pax8 scale Dynamics-based accounting and ERP solutions to the channel ecosystem.

SIMONA AG has acquired 100% of PEAK Pipe Systems Limited from BRIDGSTOCK Limited, expanding its thermoplastic product portfolio and strengthening its position in UK infrastructure, utility and aquaculture markets. PEAK, a Chesterfield-based manufacturer of polyethylene pipe systems with ~66 employees and roughly €40 million in annual revenue, will support SIMONA's EMEA growth strategy and broaden its UK product offering.

WHP Telecoms Limited, backed by Equistone Partners Europe, acquired Redhall Network Solutions from Enact Fund II. Redhall provides service, maintenance, upgrades, and commissioning/integration services for mobile telecom and broadcast infrastructure including 2G-5G networks. The deal strengthens WHP’s ability to in-source maintenance and upgrade capabilities across the UK telecommunications infrastructure market.

Webroot, a privately held internet security company based in Boulder, Colorado, acquired Prevx, a Derby, United Kingdom-based provider of cloud-based anti-malware and behavior-based malware detection. Webroot will integrate Prevx's cloud anti-malware technology into its cloud security services to expand its endpoint and cloud threat protection capabilities for consumers and businesses.
