Coda Octopus Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CODA) has completed the acquisition of Precision Acoustics Limited, a Dorchester, United Kingdom-based developer and manufacturer of hydrophones and high-frequency ultrasound measurement equipment. The purchase (cash consideration of $5.16m plus up to $1.29m in contingent payments) brings Precision Acoustics' acoustic expertise and product lines into Coda's underwater and defense technology portfolio to expand capability and address new end markets.

FPE Capital LLP has made a minority growth investment in Codestone, a UK-based business applications and cloud services platform focused on SAP and Microsoft technologies. The capital will support Codestone’s organic growth and provide capacity for acquisitions while founders Jeremy Bucknell and Dan Hobson remain significant shareholders.

Global Resale has completed the purchase of CFA Trading, a Poole, United Kingdom-based technology refurbisher and Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. The acquisition expands Global Resale's refurbishment capabilities and processing capacity to support growth across Europe and globally; terms were not disclosed.
