Bridges Fund Management has acquired GEV Group (trading as GEV Wind Power), a UK-headquartered specialist in wind turbine blade repair and maintenance, from Maven Capital Partners. The existing management team, led by CEO David Fletcher, is reinvesting and will continue to run the business as Bridges supports scaling the company across onshore and offshore wind markets.
