Oxford Global Resources, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Linksap Europe Limited, a specialist SAP staffing firm. The acquisition expands Oxford's high-end SAP capabilities and geographic footprint in targeted European markets, with Linksap's co-founders and team joining Oxford to continue leading the business.

Accrofab, the precision engineering platform backed by Endless LLP's Enact Fund III, has acquired RTI Advanced Forming Limited from Howmet Aerospace. The Welwyn Garden City-based RTI—specialising in superplastic titanium forming and employing around 74 people—will be carved out of Howmet and integrated into the Accrofab group to expand capability and broaden Accrofab's aerospace customer base.

London-based investment firm Agathos has completed a growth investment in Plowman Craven, one of the UK’s largest surveying and measurement consultancies. The deal backs the executive team led by incoming CEO David Locker, will accelerate international growth and geo‑tech/digital services development, and unlocks funding for future acquisitions.

NVM Private Equity has completed a £15 million investment to acquire Vegetarian Express, the Watford-based specialist plant-based ingredients supplier, from Bridges Fund Management. The capital will support Vegetarian Express's expansion into Ireland, strengthen its digital capabilities and operational capacity, and help scale its customer base across the UK.

NFP has acquired Hemel Hempstead-based Advanced Insurance Consultants Limited (AIC), with the entire AIC team joining NFP following the deal, which closed on December 15. The acquisition strengthens NFP's commercial insurance capabilities and expands its client base in London and the wider South East of England.

Norland Equity Partners Acquisition Limited (NEP), supported by investor partner Aurica Capital Search Fund, has acquired The Combined Services Provider (CSP), a UK traffic management, car parking and event stewarding specialist headquartered in Watford. NEP will back CSP's UK and international expansion—starting with growth in the North of England and wider Europe—while making changes to the company's board and leadership to support scaling.

PaintWell Limited, supported by its backer Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, has acquired Promain UK Limited, the UK's largest distributor of industrial paints and surface coatings. The deal expands PaintWell's industrial paints offering, creates a new industrial paints division anchored by Promain, and facilitates the retirement of Promain's owners, Mark French and Carol Barry.

Horizon Capital has invested £40 million in Modern Networks, a UK provider of IT managed services and connectivity focused on the commercial real estate and construction sectors. The investment makes Modern Networks a platform in Horizon's buy-and-build strategy and provides committed acquisition financing (with debt provided by DunPort Capital Management) to accelerate organic and acquisitive growth.
