TTI, Inc. – Europe has acquired Raffenday Ltd, a UK-based specialist manufacturer and distributor of low- and high-voltage cable assemblies and interconnect component solutions. The acquisition adds manufacturing and distribution capabilities for automotive and transportation end markets and extends TTI’s ability to support high-voltage applications including EV and renewable energy storage.

Horizon Capital-backed Agilico has acquired INVU, a document management and invoice processing software provider. The add-on deal adds approximately £3m of revenue to the Agilico group and expands its document management and development capabilities as part of Agilico's buy-and-build strategy.

H.I.G. Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating business (P&H) in a divestiture valued at approximately £325 million. The carved-out business, which trades under City Plumbing Supplies and Plumbing Trade Solutions and operates more than 350 branches across the UK and Ireland with over 3,000 employees, will be transitioned to an independent company to accelerate customer-focused growth under H.I.G.'s ownership.
