Growth investor Synova has made an investment in Mallcomm to support a management buyout led by CEO David Fuller‑Watts. The capital will accelerate product development, support strategic M&A and geographic expansion of Mallcomm's PropTech SaaS platform, and brings Chris Blaxall onto the board as Executive Chairman.

Metro Supply Chain Holdings (UK) Limited, a division of Canada-based Metro Supply Chain, announced the acquisition of UK-based third-party logistics provider Century Logistics Ltd. The deal strengthens Metro Supply Chain’s operations in the United Kingdom and Europe and expands its warehousing, co-packing, e-commerce fulfillment, repairs, and returns capabilities for consumer packaged goods customers.

TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA (TGS) has acquired 4C Offshore Ltd., a Lowestoft-based market intelligence and consultancy firm focused on the offshore wind industry. The acquisition expands TGS's New Energy Solutions capabilities by adding 4C Offshore's subscription-based data platform, analytics and consulting services to support offshore wind developers, operators and equipment providers.
