Arena Group, based in Milwaukee, acquired U.K.-based temporary structure provider Showblock. Showblock will continue operating with its existing team led by founder and managing director Nick Cole from Warwickshire, while Arena will offer Showblock’s modular temporary structure products to its clients to expand its global event-structure offering.

Netherlands Measurement Institute (NMi), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), has acquired Chamois Metrology, a UKAS‑accredited calibration and measurement equipment distributor headquartered in Southam, UK. The add‑on expands NMi's UK footprint and broadens its calibration and measurement service capabilities across Europe.

ECI-backed Clear Insurance has acquired Morrison Insurance Solutions, a specialist insurance broker based in Warwickshire. The deal strengthens Clear Group’s proposition in property and construction-related insurance lines, building on its prior broker acquisitions. Morrison’s management team will remain in place under Managing Director Ian Millard.
