Comitis Capital has acquired The Tofoo Co. Ltd, a United Kingdom-based leader in plant-based meat alternatives and the tofu category. Existing management shareholders David Knibbs and Lydia Smith will remain invested and continue to lead the business as it expands in the UK and internationally.

IK Partners, through its IK Partnership II Fund (IK PF II), acquired a minority stake in A-SAFE, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial polymer safety barrier systems. The stake was purchased from the Smith family, who will remain significantly invested, as A-SAFE partners with IK to support continued global growth and innovation. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NVM Private Equity ("NVM") has completed a £10 million investment in YorkTest Laboratories Limited ("YorkTest"), a Yorkshire-based home-to-laboratory food intolerance and allergy testing business. The funding will support expansion of YorkTest’s home health test product range, investment in laboratory equipment, and continued growth into new markets including the United States.
