Trax Technologies, a freight audit and payment platform, acquired EM6, a leading European freight audit provider. The deal expands Trax’s freight audit capabilities and geographic coverage across Europe and is intended to provide EM6 customers access to Trax’s technology and broader global resources.

TAC Security announced the acquisition of CyberScope, a Europe-based Web3 security firm specializing in smart contract audits, crypto security audits, and blockchain vulnerability assessments. The deal expands TAC Security’s Web3 security capabilities and European footprint by integrating CyberScope’s tools and smart contract audit services into TAC Security’s vulnerability management platform (including its ESOF offering).

IAMaga, the African regional structure of NEXUS Automotive International, announced it has acquired BTR. The deal is intended to expand supplier transactional activities and services across Africa, with BTR operating as a supplier sales agency and transactional hub for suppliers lacking a regional footprint.

Itrinity, a Europe-based SaaS portfolio company backed by Pale Fire Capital, acquired GeoTargetly.com. Following the closing on 8 December 2023, the business is now owned and operated by GeoTargetly, s. r. o., a subsidiary of Itrinity, and will continue operating as usual.

Dream Industrial REIT closed its previously announced acquisition of shares of a corporation that owns a portfolio of 31 institutional-quality logistics properties across Europe totaling 8.9 million square feet. The acquisition price was approximately $850 million (excluding customary closing adjustments) and was financed through a subscription receipts offering, an unsecured debenture offering, and cash on hand.
