Intelishift has acquired Data Canopy and the combined business will operate under the Data Canopy brand to expand cloud, hybrid-cloud and colocation offerings. The acquisition was facilitated by a $50 million growth capital investment from Metropolitan Partners Group to support the transaction and fund further acquisitions and organic growth.
