Inszone Insurance Services, a national insurance brokerage, has acquired Parker-Haskins Insurance, an independent agency based in Dodge City, Kansas. The transaction expands Inszone’s presence in Kansas and brings crop insurance expertise and local client relationships into Inszone’s network.

Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based national insurance brokerage, has acquired Snell-Nelson Insurance Agency, Inc., a long-standing independent agency headquartered in Ashland, Kansas. The acquisition strengthens Inszone's Midwest presence and adds Snell-Nelson’s expertise in farm & ranch, oil & gas, and personal lines to Inszone’s national platform.

OneDigital, a national insurance brokerage and HR consulting firm, has acquired Watko Benefit Group, an employee benefits firm headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. Alliance is a regional property & casualty insurance agency operating 14 offices across Kansas and Oklahoma offering homeowners, personal auto, workers' compensation and commercial package lines; WIA said it will provide resources to support Alliance's continued organic and acquisitive growth.

World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA) acquired Peoples/Commercial Insurance Services, LLC (d/b/a Peoples Insurance Group) of Topeka, Kansas, effective August 1, 2020. The local independent agency — founded in 1917 and offering personal, commercial, life and bond insurance lines — will continue to be led by its existing principals who will remain with the business as part of WIA's agency roll-up.

AssuredPartners, Inc. has acquired Hardy Aviation Insurance, Inc., an aviation-focused insurance agency based in Wichita, Kansas. The Hardy team of 14 (reporting approximately $2 million in annualized revenue) will join AssuredPartners’ AP Aerospace group with founder Randy Hardy remaining in a leadership role, expanding AssuredPartners’ aviation insurance capabilities.

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA) has acquired Cline Wood Agency, a specialty insurance brokerage based in Leawood, Kansas that serves commercial transportation and agribusiness clients. Cline Wood generates approximately $15 million in annual revenues and has 73 employees across offices in Leawood, Kansas; Arlington, Texas; and St. Louis, Missouri; terms were not disclosed.
