Eudia, an AI-native platform for in-house legal teams, has acquired Out-House, a specialized legal services provider founded by Lynden Renwick. The deal brings Out-House's Fortune 500-focused legal operations and contracting expertise into Eudia's hybrid human+AI offering, with Lynden Renwick joining Eudia's leadership to expand enterprise service lines.

Frost Law has acquired Nager Law Group, bringing veteran bankruptcy attorney Alon Nager into Frost Law as a Director. The acquisition expands Frost Law’s consumer bankruptcy capabilities and strengthens its Baltimore–Washington area footprint.
