Point Wild, a cybersecurity and security-services portfolio, has acquired Juraspring, a mass tort lien resolution firm, to expand its legal services capabilities alongside existing units CyEx and Simpluris. The deal adds healthcare lien resolution and settlement-consulting expertise to Point Wild’s offerings, enabling more end-to-end support for law firms managing complex mass tort and class action settlement programs.

U.S. Legal Support has acquired American Retrieval, a medical record retrieval company founded in 1993, to expand its nationwide litigation support capabilities. The deal adds American Retrieval’s HIPAA‑compliant portal and record‑retrieval expertise to U.S. Legal Support’s suite of services, enabling clients in the legal and insurance sectors to access integrated, automated solutions.

Lexitas, a technology-enabled litigation services provider and portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has acquired Benchmark Reporting Agency, a Minneapolis-based court reporting and litigation support firm. The acquisition deepens Lexitas's presence in the Midwest and expands its court reporting, litigation support and legal video service capabilities.

HaystackID and NightOwl Global have combined in a merger facilitated by majority investor Quad-C Management, creating an expanded global eDiscovery and legal discovery services platform. NightOwl's senior leadership will join the combined company as shareholders and operate under the HaystackID brand to deliver an expanded suite of data, cybersecurity, and legal discovery services.
