Complete Legal, an independent, employee-owned litigation support and eDiscovery firm, has acquired the eDiscovery unit of Frontline Managed Services to expand its talent pool and client roster following recent mergers with L2 Services and Precise Legal. The acquired unit — which focuses on eDiscovery, information governance, and data management and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee — will remain intact and continue serving its existing clients as part of Complete Legal's national operations.

Lexitas, a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has acquired Elite-Brentwood Reporting Services to expand its legal support footprint in the U.S. Southeast. Founder and owner Max Curry will join Lexitas as the team integrates to accelerate growth across the Nashville–Memphis markets and surrounding states.
