Array, a litigation support and eDiscovery firm, has acquired Celerity Discovery to deepen its eDiscovery and litigation support capabilities and expand its service footprint. The acquisition brings Celerity's expertise and talent into Array's platform, enhancing end-to-end litigation support offerings for corporate legal departments, law firms and government agencies.

Fennemore announced a strategic combination with Seattle-based Savitt Bruce & Willey LLP, effective February 1, 2024, bringing Savitt Bruce & Willey’s litigation team into Fennemore’s platform to establish a new Seattle office. The move expands Fennemore’s footprint to 17 offices across five states and strengthens its litigation capabilities in technology, business, and real estate matters.

AEON Law, a Seattle-based intellectual property law firm, has acquired DWC Law Firm and will operate under the AEON Law name with Adam Philipp leading the combined firm. Ethos, a consumer-focused life insurance technology company, has acquired Seattle-based legaltech startup Tomorrow to integrate wills, trusts, and other estate-planning tools into its customer experience. The acquisition enables Ethos to offer policyholders easy access to estate-planning documents through Tomorrow’s mobile app and web platform, expanding Ethos’ post-purchase product capabilities.

Sedgwick has acquired JND Legal Administration, a U.S.-based provider of class action, mass tort, eDiscovery, government redress and legal noticing services. The acquisition expands Sedgwick's legal solutions and bolsters its class action administration capabilities, adding JND's ~250 employees and multiple U.S. offices to Sedgwick's platform.
