BradyPLUS, a national distributor of janitorial/sanitation (JanSan), foodservice and industrial packaging products, has acquired Biloxi Paper Company, a nearly 60‑year-old family‑owned distributor serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The deal expands BradyPLUS's geographic footprint and local service capabilities across education, hospitality/gaming, municipal and facilities maintenance end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Imperial Dade has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Jackson Newell Paper Company, a Meridian, Mississippi-based distributor of janitorial and paper supplies. The acquisition expands Imperial Dade’s Southeast footprint and provides a foothold in the Mississippi market as the company continues its national growth strategy; financial terms were not disclosed.
