Media & Entertainment Acquisitions in New Hampshire

Pyrotecnico Fireworks, headquartered in New Castle, Pennsylvania, acquired the professional display division of Atlas PyroVision Entertainment (the Pelkey family's display business) in October 2022. The deal transfers Atlas's professional pyrotechnic display operations and personnel to Pyrotecnico while the Pelkey family continues to operate the Atlas retail fireworks stores.

3STEP Sports has acquired First Scout Productions to strengthen its video production capabilities and bolster its video division. First Scout, founded in 2009, produces game film and individual highlight videos, covers about 70 events per year, employs 12 full-time staff and leverages a network of over 600 freelancers.
