Paystone acquired Canadian Payment Services (CPS), a fast-growing Canadian merchant services provider. The deal marks Paystone’s sixth acquisition in two years and expands its payments footprint and value-added SaaS offerings for merchants across Canada and the United States.

Deluxe Corporation signed an agreement to acquire RDM Corporation, a Waterloo, Ontario-based provider of remote deposit capture software, hardware, and digital imaging solutions. The transaction was completed on April 4 following shareholder and Canadian regulatory approval, and is intended to enhance Deluxe’s WAUSAU Financial Systems treasury management solutions offering.
