Pharmaceuticals Acquisitions in Florida

USpharma Ltd., a Miami Lakes-based pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company, received a growth equity investment from Philadelphia-based 1315 Capital. The capital will be used to accelerate development and commercialization of USpharma’s pipeline, expand commercial reach, and scale operations at its 150,000 sq. ft. US-based GMP facility.

New Harbor Capital completed a single-asset continuation recapitalization of LGM Pharma in partnership with Origami Capital Partners to provide growth capital and facilitate liquidity for existing investors. LGM Pharma is a CDMO and API sourcing/distribution platform with manufacturing and analytical capabilities serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology and compounding pharmacy customers across multiple U.S. facilities.

Bessemer Investors has made a significant investment in Pet Flavors, LLC, a Melbourne, Florida-based manufacturer of pharmaceutical‑grade flavor bases and palatants for pet pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. Founder Mark Pieloch will remain as President while Bessemer intends to establish Pet Flavors as its platform investment in the companion animal health industry; financial terms were not disclosed.

NovaQuest Private Equity acquired CoreRx, Inc., a Clearwater, Florida–based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). Affiliates of Signet Healthcare Partners will retain a minority stake; Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group provided debt financing. NovaQuest said the investment will support continued growth and capability expansion of CoreRx's clinical and commercial CDMO services.

Provepharm Life Solutions has acquired Apollo Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., a Florida-based commercial specialist in sterile injectable products for hospitals. The acquisition strengthens Provepharm's U.S. commercial platform and adds Apollo's four registered products, enabling faster U.S. growth and streamlined hospital-focused sales operations.
