Professional Services Acquisitions in New Mexico

Easy Ice, a nationwide provider of managed commercial ice machine rentals, has acquired Iceworks, LLC, a New Mexico-based commercial ice machine service provider that has served Albuquerque and Santa Fe for 10 years. The deal expands Easy Ice's footprint and density in the Southwest and will transition Iceworks’ customers and operations to Easy Ice’s managed rental platform.

Furniture Marketing Group (FMG), a Plano, Texas-based commercial furniture dealer, has acquired Contract Associates, a contract furniture dealer with locations in Albuquerque, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. The acquisition expands FMG's presence in the Southwestern United States and brings Contract Associates' design, planning and installation capabilities into FMG's service offering.
