Software Acquisitions in West Virginia

ASUENE USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Tokyo-based ASUENE Inc., has completed the full acquisition and integration of Iconic Air, Inc., a U.S.-based SaaS provider specializing in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions monitoring and methane-leak detection. The deal strengthens ASUENE's emissions-intelligence capabilities and expands its North American footprint, combining Iconic Air's real-time monitoring and methane management tools with ASUENE's carbon accounting and supply-chain decarbonization platform.

Trilogy Innovations, Inc. has acquired West Virginia-based NRM Solutions to expand its cloud-based natural resource management software suite. The deal, finalized December 6, will integrate NRM's patented mineral rights and asset-management capabilities into Trilogy's software and cloud services offerings to broaden product capabilities and end-market reach.
