Staffing & HR Acquisitions in Connecticut

CongruityHR, a North Carolina-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and portfolio company of RFE Investment Partners, has acquired Total Team Solutions (TTS), a Glastonbury, Connecticut-based provider of payroll, employee benefits and HR services for small- and mid-sized businesses. The deal expands CongruityHR's regional footprint and service capabilities, strengthening its position in the outsourced HR/PEO market.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired OperationsInc, LLC, a Norwalk, Connecticut-based HR consulting firm that provides HR, payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition and employee training services. Terms were not disclosed; David Lewis and his team will remain in Norwalk and report into Gallagher's Global Human Resources & Compensation Consulting leadership. The deal expands Gallagher's employee benefits consulting capabilities and service offering across U.S. clients.

JobSquad Staffing Solutions, the national staffing platform owned by private equity group Hoosier Investments, has acquired Task Management, Inc., a Connecticut-based staffing group founded in 1990. The deal expands JobSquad's footprint and capabilities across light industrial, healthcare, hospitality and other staffing verticals and was advised on by RA Cohen Consulting, which represented Task Management.
