24 Seven, a privately held marketing, creative and tech talent solutions firm, has acquired Seattle-based creative staffing and managed services provider Filter from dentsu. The acquisition expands 24 Seven’s managed services and in‑house/embedded team capabilities as the company continues to scale through acquisitions.

Hastings Equity Partners (Fund V) has made a platform investment in TERRA Staffing Group, a 40+-year-old staffing provider headquartered in Everett, Washington. TERRA's management will retain significant ownership as Hastings provides growth capital to support geographic expansion, new locations and continued service delivery across industrial, consumer products, food & beverage and logistics end markets.

Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS), a global managed staffing and IT services firm based in McLean, Virginia, agreed to acquire the assets and business of Xtreme Consulting Group, a Kirkland, Washington–based talent and IT solutions provider. The acquisition (expected to close by May 11, 2018) adds technical test administration and an online training platform to DISYS’s capabilities, brings roughly 50 new clients and over 550 employees, and expands DISYS’s national coverage and service offerings.
