Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE MKT: RLGT) has acquired Phoenix-based On Time Express, Inc., a privately held provider of dedicated line-haul and time-critical domestic and international logistics solutions. The deal has an aggregate base purchase price of $20.0 million with additional performance-based earnouts; On Time Express will operate as a subsidiary of Radiant Transportation Services and provide capacity to Radiant's 90+ location network.
