Acquisitions in Indiana in 2014

Data Strategy, a Grand Rapids-based IT solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Network Storage Inc., an Indianapolis/Louisville IT solutions firm. The deal expands Data Strategy's regional footprint across the Midwest and combines the two companies' capabilities in data center technologies, security, cloud and managed services into a single organization of nearly 100 employees headquartered in Grand Rapids.

Kestrel Capital Group, an independent sponsor based in Chicago, has acquired Koontz-Wagner Services, a South Bend, Indiana-based industrial equipment repair and electrical services provider. The sale is the final divestiture of operating units controlled by Koontz-Wagner Holdings as High Street Capital winds down its third fund.
