Acquisitions in Louisiana in 2018

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), the middle‑market agency subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired Eustis Insurance & Benefits, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Metairie, Louisiana. Eustis will continue operating under its name with existing offices in Metairie, Mandeville, and Baton Rouge and brings about 109 employees and expertise in property/casualty, personal lines, and employee health and benefits serving midsize businesses in Louisiana.

Boyne Capital has acquired A.S.A.P. Industries Manufacturing, a Houma, Louisiana-based manufacturer of high-pressure flow control products and provider of BOP repair and recertification services, as a platform investment in its BCM Fund I. The company is API-certified and specializes in large-diameter, high-pressure components for the oil & gas industry; Boyne said it will partner with management to expand manufacturing capabilities and support a recovering energy market.

Miller Environmental Services, a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired Belco Industrial Services, LLC from Threadridge Investment Partners. Belco, which operates industrial cleaning, linings & coatings, and mechanical services in the Gulf Coast (Prairieville, Louisiana and La Porte, Texas), will be integrated into Miller's Gulf Coast operations as an add-on to expand service capabilities and geographic coverage.
