Acquisitions in New Jersey in 2013

Upland Software acquired New Jersey-based ComSci, adding ComSci's cloud-based IT financial business management (ITFBM) capabilities to Upland's family of cloud enterprise applications. The deal, announced at Upland's Impact 2013 conference, will keep ComSci's existing management and teams in place; financial terms were not disclosed.

Perficient, Inc. acquired CoreMatrix Systems LLC, a Salesforce and cloud-computing consulting and managed-services provider. 7 Mile Advisors advised CoreMatrix on the sale; reports indicated the transaction value was approximately $21.5 million. The acquisition expands Perficient’s Salesforce and cloud services capabilities and presence in the enterprise consulting market.
