Trucking & Fleet Acquisitions in Kentucky

FleetPride, Inc. acquired the assets of Nationwide Truck Service, a family-owned heavy-duty truck repair and roadside service provider in Louisville, Kentucky. The deal expands FleetPride’s local service footprint and parts-service integration in Louisville while owner Eric Adkins (and his son Jake) remain involved to support a smooth transition and employee continuity.

Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired A&R Logistics, a Louisville-headquartered provider of integrated dry bulk logistics for the chemical and plastics industries. Wind Point will partner with A&R management to expand the company’s domestic infrastructure, grow export capabilities in the Southeast ports, and pursue add-on acquisitions to increase scale and service scope.
