Midland-based Warrior Technologies has acquired Lobo Trucking, expanding its footprint into the Delaware Basin across Texas and New Mexico. The acquisition adds about 53 employees and 46 operating units, strengthens Warrior's vacuum-truck and remediation capabilities, and will keep Lobo operating under its existing brand from yards in Hobbs and Artesia, New Mexico.
